Cavco Services places great emphasis on security and safety practices within your office as they pertain to the maintenance. Because we care about the safety of both our employees and that of our customers we use only OSHA regulated chemicals for cleaning and train each of our employees thoroughly on the use of each solution. We provide an MSDS for every product we bring into your facility and enforce the use of “wet floor” signs and gloves. We carry all of the appropriate insurances as well as a surety bond on all of our employees

    In the service industry we know that problems and emergencies can always occur, Cavco maintains an IN-HOUSE MONITORED DISPATCH at all hours that our employees might be working in your building or office. This allows them to ask us questions and report anything out of the ordinary regarding your office. It also provides our clients with a way to get a last minute message or change at the office conveyed to their cleaner. After 11:00 p.m. our Dispatch switches to an emergency pager, which is available 24 hours a day for Cavco customers and employees with emergency concerns.

    Our full and part-time employees are a diverse group with a wide variety of work and life experiences, but with one thing in common. They are all quality-oriented people who are thoroughly trained; both in standardized cleaning practices, safety, and security issues as well as the specific individual touches that your particular office requires. Cavco employees carry photo I.D.’s and work in uniform so they are immediately recognizable. For added security employee fingerprints are on file in our office and each employee signs a confidentiality agreement. Our employees are approachable, friendly and knowledgeable but most of all they are respectful of you and your facility.

    At Cavco Services our supervisors wear many hats, but then, they have to because they are the vital link between our customers, our employees and the principals of this family-owned company. Our full-time supervisors are hands-on and fully integrated into the hiring and training of employees, the daily operations of our business, and the all important maintenance of customer satisfaction. This means that they see a problem or request through to its completion or resolution. They often take the calls and make the inquiries on service themselves and incorporate your comments and suggestions into their nightly training. They follow up and have a big hand in all the daily operational details that help to prevent problems before they happen.
